Articles of Association
Our constitution
The principal legal constitutional document of the company is its Articles of Association. This document, and any amendments to it, must be approved by our shareholders and requires the support of at least 75% of the votes cast.
The current Articles of Association were approved by shareholders at the 2021 annual general meeting.
