De La Rue appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer

De La Rue plc, the world’s leading security and anti-counterfeiting provider for banknotes, identity and brand protection, today announces that it has appointed Helen Willis as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Helen will help with the year-end reporting and oversee the ongoing change programme in the finance area.

Prior to joining De La Rue, Helen was the chief financial officer of Premier Farnell Plc and before that group financial controller of Pelican Rouge and AZ Electronic Materials.
