Extensive experience working internationally across the Manufacturing, Secure Printing and Technology industries, Natasha has operated at both Executive and Board level and has extensive experience leading large-scale change and strategic initiatives including M&A activity. She is well versed in a wide range of HR and business activity including Strategic Business Transformation and Organisational Change Management.

During her 16 years with De La Rue she has held senior HR positions in Cash Systems, Cash Processing Solutions and the Identity businesses, as well as leading a number of major change initiatives for the group, she took up the Group role in January 2020.
