Provide support and upkeep of current and future HR systems, processes and procedures. Develop and sustain the HR systems and tools that will act as enablers towards achieving Opex level 3 and beyond in line with the site strategy. Assist in the daily running of the HR department. Act as a point of reference for the HR department and provide first level support to colleagues on HR matters. |

Other requirements: Needs to have good organizational skills and be multi-tasking. Possess and use the necessary analytical skills to carry out the assigned tasks. Be factual, empathic, discreet and can take rational decisions. Be accountable and goal oriented. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work on own initiative and with little to no supervision. Needs to engage in intra/inter-departmental communication and provide feedback where and when necessary Be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and instils a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Be open to the introduction of new systems and methodologies and identify ways of how these can be used to improve the quality and the service level provided by the HR department to both internal and external customers.
