Our people, our values

We employ around 2,763 people worldwide. We’ve been in 
 business 200 years. Every year we produce 7 billion unique 
 identifying properties - banknotes, passports and secure 
 product identifiers.
  

Our people

We’re proud of what we do. Not merely because we produce so many products and offer so many services, but more because of what we enable governments, organisations and citizens to do - we enable countries to trade, companies to sell, economies to grow and people to move securely around an increasingly connected world.

None of this would be possible if it weren’t for our people. It is their commitment, energy and hard work that have helped us get to where we are today. It is through them and the employees yet to join us that we can look forward to a strong and prosperous future.
