At De La Rue we are committed to attracting, retaining and deploying the very best people. We currently have approximately 4,000 employees across the globe and a wide range of national and international career opportunities. We encourage creativity and initiative, recognise individual and team contributions and give all of our employees the opportunity to develop to their full potential.
Whether you are considering a career move or looking for your first job opportunity, we can provide you with a unique challenge.
We are an equal opportunity employer and it is our policy to recruit the best candidate for the role regardless of any other factor.
All recruitment takes into account the role requirement in terms of functional skills and the company values.
De La Rue has a preferred supplier list and therefore will not accept speculative or specific candidate details from non-preferred supplier list agencies.
If your enquiry is of a more general nature, please contact the relevant HR department. Site contact details can be found in Our locations page.
De La Rue is unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based. Immigration and work permit legislation may vary by location so if you have any questions please contact the HR team based at the site where you wish to apply for a role.
For UK based roles, we are unable to employ anyone who does not have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to apply for work permits for individual jobs until all UK and European economic area of employment sources have been exhausted. De La Rue is proud to support an established Graduate Programme. We consider this to be one of the training schemes for our next generation of senior leaders.
We therefore look to recruit a handful of the highest potential, carefully selected graduates each year. It is usual for our assessment centres to run between April and May with an intake post graduation in July and August. We advertise for applicants once a year - if the programme is not currently listed in our job opportunities section above, please check again at a later date.
What we offer
You will join us on a one year graduate programme working in a variety of departments across the Group to gain significant business experience. We can promise that you will be stretched, challenged and in turn will help us grow our business. The entire programme is aimed at testing whether you have the skills to become a future leader in our business and supporting you on this journey.
You will have opportunities to gain experience across our organisation and to work across our various UK manufacturing sites. It is also likely you will work and travel abroad.
As a graduate starter you are assigned a mentor and a ‘buddy’ to enable you to maximise your potential as you travel through the business.
