Graduate intake

De La Rue is proud to support an established Graduate Programme. We consider this to be one of the training schemes for our next generation of senior leaders.

We therefore look to recruit a handful of the highest potential, carefully selected graduates each year. It is usual for our assessment centres to run between April and May with an intake post graduation in July and August. We advertise for applicants once a year - if the programme is not currently listed in our job opportunities section above, please check again at a later date.

What we offer

You will join us on a one year graduate programme working in a variety of departments across the Group to gain significant business experience. We can promise that you will be stretched, challenged and in turn will help us grow our business. The entire programme is aimed at testing whether you have the skills to become a future leader in our business and supporting you on this journey.

You will have opportunities to gain experience across our organisation and to work across our various UK manufacturing sites. It is also likely you will work and travel abroad.

As a graduate starter you are assigned a mentor and a ‘buddy’ to enable you to maximise your potential as you travel through the business.
