Anti-Harrassment

De La Rue has an Anti-Harassment Policy and Procedure which is available to all employees on the Company Sharepoint site.

Every employee should be able to work in an environment free from harassment and intimidation and every effort is made to provide a working environment where employees are treated with dignity and respect.

Every employee has a responsibility to ensure his or her own behaviour is free from harassment, bullying or victimisation and if you feel you are subject to such behaviour you must report the conduct to your immediate line manager.

Allegations of harassment, bullying and victimisation will be treated seriously, speedily and confidentially. If such behaviour occurs it will be investigated and may be treated as a disciplinary matter that could lead to dismissal.

Line Managers receive training related to this policy and procedures and are responsible for promoting a positive non discriminatory environment and for treating allegations of harassment in seriously.

The Anti-Harassment Policy is monitored and reviewed regularly by the Human Resources team and the ownership of the policy is with the Group Human Resources Director.
