Continuous improvement - Our Contribution
In line with our strategy of improving productivity and driving continuous improvement at
De La Rue, we introduced the Our Contribution (previously My Contribution) programme in 2005. It is essentially a framework for integrating all De La Rue’s performance improvement initiatives and giving them one overall common purpose - to make De La Rue a best-in-class performer.
Our Contribution develops and harnesses the power of De La Rue’s people to drive change and rapid performance improvements in the short term while building smarter processes for future stability. It is about De La Rue pulling together to use our full potential as a Group, by sharing and spreading our existing expertise.
Our Contribution fosters cross-company networking and teamwork in an effort to share best practice and create powerful knowledge exchange. It is a signal that the entire organisation is committed to continuous improvement and ultimately seeking and developing growth opportunities.
Our Contribution is about getting ideas that are deliverable in practice. These concepts and ideas come from everywhere within the organisation to change processes, procedure and operations to drive better service, reduce cost, increase margin and it has been implemented to deliver results.
