Tim Cobbold
Chief Executive
Tim was appointed to the Board as Chief Executive and executive Director on 1 January 2011. He joined the company from Chloride Group PLC, an international provider of secure power solutions, where he was initially Chief Operating Officer and then, from 2008, CEO. Prior to this, Tim had been with Smiths Group PLC since 1989 holding a wide variety of senior roles including a number of Managing Director positions. Tim is a chartered accountant and is a non-executive Director of Drax Group plc.

Colin Child
Group Finance Director
Colin joined De La Rue plc as Group Finance Director on 1 June 2010. He is a chartered accountant and has a broad range of financial and commercial expertise. He was previously Group Finance Director at DTZ Holdings plc, a major global commercial property advisory company, and prior to that he held roles as Group Finance Director at Stanley Leisure plc, Fitness First Plc and National Express Group Plc. Colin is a non-executive director of The Rank Group Plc.

Constance Baroudel
Group Director of Strategy and Business Development
Constance joined De La Rue as Business Development Manager in 2007. Prior to that she held a number of senior management roles, including senior consultant, with the Strategic Decisions Group, a global management consultancy.

Keith Brown
Managing Director, Currency
Keith joined De La Rue in 1986 as Group Corporate Planner of Portals Group plc. In more than 20 years with De La Rue, Keith has worked in Security Papers, Security Products and Currency in strategy, business development and general management roles. Keith was Managing Director of the Security Products business from its formation in 2006 until August 2010 when he was appointed Managing Director, Currency.

Kevin Freeguard
Managing Director, Solutions
Kevin joined De La Rue in August 2008 as Managing Director of the Cash Processing Solutions business and assumed the additional role of Managing Director, Security Products in August 2010 before being appointed as Managing Director, Solutions in July 2011. He has held a number of senior leadership roles across the world with companies such as IBM, Motorola and Siemens. Prior to joining De La Rue Kevin worked within the private equity sector.

Andy Kemp
Group Director of Human Resources
Andy joined De La Rue in February 2009. He previously held Group HR Director appointments at Bovis International, Transport Development Group, News International, Aegis plc and more recently Rentokil Initial. Andy also held a number of HR appointments in the rank of Captain and Major in the British Army.

Rupert Middleton
Managing Director, Supply Chain
Rupert joined De La Rue in October 2011. He has extensive experience of manufacturing with particular emphasis on printing. His previous role was Group Director of Manufacturing at Trinity Mirror, responsible for the integrated manufacturing division that prints all Trinity Mirror newspaper titles. He grew that division into the largest newspaper contract printer in the country. Prior to joining Trinity Mirror, Rupert was Integration Director at Transport for London, Managing Director of a division within The Stationery Office and Managing Director of Westferry Printers. He is President of the British Printing Industry Federation.

Ed Peppiatt
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Ed joined De La Rue as General Counsel and Company Secretary in February 2009. He practised as a corporate/commercial solicitor in the City for a number of years and holds an MBA. His most recent role before joining De La Rue was General Counsel and Company Secretary of the London listed logistics group Christian Salvesen plc.
